Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both customers and our business from fraudulent claims, an unboxing video may be required for claims involving:

  • Wrong products received

  • Missing items

  • Incomplete orders

The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The shipping label

  • The complete unpacking process without cuts or interruptions

  • The product and contents received

Claims submitted without proper video evidence may be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Used or worn products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products with removed tags or labels

  • Clearance sale items (unless defective)

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Step 2

Provide:

  • Clear photographs

  • Video evidence

  • Unboxing video (if requested)

Step 3

Do not use, wash, alter, or damage the product.

After verification, we may choose to:

  • Replace the product

  • Issue a refund

  • Provide store credit

All decisions are subject to investigation and final approval by VRINDA COLLECTION.


Return Shipping

If a return request is approved:

Reverse Pickup

A reverse pickup may be arranged where available.

Self Shipping

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must ship the item back to us at the provided return address.

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Calculation & Applicable Deductions

Approved refunds may be subject to deductions.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • For orders shipped under a “Free Shipping” promotion, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted where applicable

  • COD handling fees may be deducted

  • Payment gateway fees and convenience charges may be deducted where applicable

Refund Formula

Refund Amount = Product Value – Shipping Charges – Return Shipping Charges (if applicable) – Applicable Fees

Refunds are issued only for the eligible product value after applicable deductions.


Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if:

  • The product is returned damaged

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • The item shows signs of use

  • Original packaging is missing

  • Product condition differs from the original shipped condition

The refund amount will be determined after inspection.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery:

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute.

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to contest the chargeback

  • Customer accounts may be permanently suspended

  • Future purchases may be restricted

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action where permitted by law


Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Courier delays beyond our control

  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings or photography

Final Authority

All return, replacement, refund, and compensation decisions are subject to final review and approval by VRINDA COLLECTION.

We reserve the right to reject any claim where policy abuse, misuse, suspicious activity, or fraud is suspected.
