Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, promotional sales, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

  • We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order due to stock availability, payment verification requirements, or security concerns.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Within India

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Remote Locations

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

International Orders (If Applicable)

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared via email or SMS.

Customers can use the provided tracking details to monitor the shipment status and estimated delivery progress.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional reshipping charges may apply

  • Any approved refund may exclude shipping costs


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a delivery is refused or the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts:

  • The package may be returned to our facility

  • Additional reshipping fees may apply

  • Refunds, if approved, may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges

  • Repeated refused deliveries may result in account restrictions or suspension


Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, shipment tracking becomes available to the customer.

If a Package Is Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier partner; however:

  • Resolution is subject to the courier company’s investigation process

  • We are not responsible for theft or loss after successful delivery confirmation

If a Package Arrives Damaged

To be eligible for a claim:

  • An unboxing video must be recorded and provided as proof

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

Claims submitted without valid supporting evidence may be rejected.


International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by their country

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance procedures

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

  • Additional customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer

If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes:

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund

  • Additional handling fees may also be deducted


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Cancellation requests submitted before dispatch may be considered; however, approval depends on the current processing status of the order.


Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures in shipping caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Earthquakes

  • Pandemics

  • Government regulations

  • War or civil unrest

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Labor strikes

  • Cyber incidents

  • Other unforeseen events
